Returns & Refunds

At JAR SHOPS, we stand behind the quality of our heritage tea and artisan crafts. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to follow.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To maintain garden freshness and hygiene standards, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • 1 The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • 2 For Tea Products: The inner foil seal must be intact and untampered to ensure product integrity.
  • 3 Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery through our concierge channels.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our logistics hub, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed via your original method of payment (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer) within 5-7 business days.

Note on Perishables:

Due to the nature of tea as a food item, we cannot accept returns on opened packets unless a quality defect is verified by our garden testing team.
