2. Availability, Pricing & Payment Methods

Availability and pricing of items are subject to change. We will inform you if ordered items are unavailable and may offer alternatives or cancellation. Pre-book delivery dates are set by JAR LIMITED and respective brands (see product page).

Prices may change without notice. If a displayed price differs, we will notify you before dispatch so you can decide whether to continue.

We may modify or discontinue any service/content without notice and are not liable for such changes.

• Online Payment — applicable as per company policy.

3. Products

Products are available exclusively online through jarlimited.com/jarshops.com. They may have limited quantities and are subject to our Return & Replacement Policy. We may limit sales by person, region or jurisdiction; limit quantities; change descriptions/pricing; or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., same account, card, billing/shipping address). We may notify you via phone or email provided at checkout. We may prohibit orders from dealers/resellers/distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate account information and promptly update details (email, card info, etc.). Each user account must be unique to a phone number and email; multiple accounts under the same info cannot reuse offers/coupons.

5. Discounts & Allowances

Coupons, promo codes, gift cards and occasional offers reduce the basic price. Their value is not refunded on returns/exchanges after successful use. Multiple accounts under the same phone/email cannot claim an offer more than once. Promotional SMS contains summary; full T&C are on the website.

6. Third-Party Links

Third-party materials/links may appear solely to enhance service. We are not responsible for examining/evaluating external content and assume no liability for third-party websites, products, services or content. Review their policies before transactions.

7. Personal Information

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Information may contain errors/omissions (e.g., descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, availability). We reserve the right to correct, update or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, without prior notice (even after order submission).

9. Order Cancellation

We run QC after receiving items from authorized vendors. We may cancel an order for quality issues or product unavailability (inventory/site/vendor update issues, etc.).

10. Prohibited Uses

• Unlawful purposes or solicitation of unlawful acts; violation of regulations/laws.
• Infringement of IP rights; harassment, abuse, discrimination.
• Submitting false or misleading info; uploading malware; collecting others’ personal data.
• Spamming/phishing/scraping; obscene/immoral purposes; interfering with security features.
• Placing fake orders; refusing delivery intentionally after confirming orders.

We may terminate use for any violations.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free service. Use is at your sole risk. Services/products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind unless expressly stated. JAR LIMITED and affiliates are not liable for direct/indirect/incidental/special/consequential damages arising from your use. Product use resulting in injury/loss is not covered unless expressly supported by the product’s warranty terms.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold JAR LIMITED and its affiliates harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, referenced documents, laws or third-party rights.

13. Severability

If any provision is deemed unlawful/void/unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remainder remains valid.

14. Termination

Obligations incurred prior to termination survive. We may terminate without notice for suspected violations. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. Ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party. These Terms constitute the entire agreement governing your use of the Service.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable eCommerce laws of Bangladesh. Legal claims must be brought within competent courts in Bangladesh.
